How do I reset my password?

Email us at support@sqlabhub.com with the subject "Password Reset" and your registered email address.

I was charged but didn't get Premium access.

Email us immediately at support@sqlabhub.com with your payment receipt. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Can I use SQLab Hub for team / classroom use?

We don't offer team plans yet. Each user needs their own free account. Email us if you need a custom arrangement.

My SQL query isn't working as expected.

The sandbox uses SQLite syntax. Some PostgreSQL-specific functions may not be available. Check the schema panel for available tables.
