These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SQLab Hub. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms in full.

SQLab Hub provides an interactive SQL learning and practice platform. The service includes:

• A sandboxed SQL editor running an in-memory SQLite engine
• Curated SQL challenges by difficulty
• Query history and saved queries
• A gamification system (XP, levels, streaks, badges)
• Educational blog content
• A Premium plan with additional features

The platform is intended solely for learning and practice purposes. It does not connect to or execute queries against any real-world production database.

You agree to use SQLab Hub only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to execute malicious, harmful, or illegal SQL queries
• Try to exploit, crash, or disrupt the platform or its sandbox engine
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform without permission
• Use the platform to train AI models or build competing services without written consent
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to your account
• Impersonate another user or any SQLab Hub team member
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@sqlabhub.com

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any part of these Terms
• Engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Provide false registration information

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Paid subscriptions will be handled per our Refund Policy.

Some features require a paid Premium subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge the applicable fee via Razorpay
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Pricing is displayed in INR and may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

All content on SQLab Hub — including the platform design, challenges, blog content, and code — is owned by SQLab Hub and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any content without express written permission.

SQL queries you write in the editor remain yours. By submitting them to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process them solely to deliver the service.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
• The accuracy or completeness of any educational content
• That use of this platform will result in job placement, interview success, or any particular outcome
• That the SQL sandbox perfectly replicates all production database behaviours

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SQLab Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the update by revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. International users agree to comply with their local laws when using this platform.
